そして昨日Amazon に問い合わせたらこういう回答が返ってきました。

Twitterでのリンク設置は特に問題ございませんので、このままご活動ください。なお、リンク先がアマゾンであることが判断できるように記載いただければ第三者に対しより明確となりますが、担当部門で討議した結果、必ずしもその情報を記載されずとも問題はないものとさせていただくこととなりました。

つきましては、今回お知らせいただいた下記のURLについても通常のサイト審査をさせていただき、無事承認となりましたので、既存のアソシエイトIDの登録サイトに追加をいたしました。

担当部門で討議した結果変わったらしいですね。
確かにいちいちAmazon!Amazon!と書くのも逆にうっとうしいので。
ということで、Twitter 上でAmazon リンクを明示するかどうかは各自の判断になりました。
